These Terms of Use govern your use of the Profile Maker mobile application, developed and operated by Umit Kaya.
Creating Profile Photos
- Photos are uploaded to our servers to process background removal and return the edited image to your device
- Photos are not saved and are only retained for as long as necessary to run the machine learning models
- Photos are not stored beyond the processing time required
- You can never access your photo history unless you save it locally on your device
1. Use License
Permission is granted to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this license, you may not:
- Modify or copy the app's materials or code
- Use the app for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer the app's materials to another person
2. User Responsibilities
- Ensuring you have the right to use and edit any photos you upload
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not using the App to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Using the App only for lawful purposes
3. Subscriptions & Purchases
- Payments are handled by Apple through the App Store
- Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are displayed at the time of purchase
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
- Refunds are subject to Apple's policies
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that AI results will be accurate or suitable for every purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit Kaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
6. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
